Dr. Ulli Stein is one of Germany’s most passionate and thoughtful winemakers. On remarkably steep vineyards in the Mosel, Ulli makes a range of lithe, electric whites, reds, and rosés. This example of the latter is tart and herbal, with bright acidity and bubbles making it particularly refreshing.
