On the Provencal coast, the husband-and-wife team of Guillaume and Karina Lefèvre biodynamically farm local grape varieties, along with wheat fields for bread, barley for beer, olive trees for olive oil, and veggies for, well, veggies. They’re meticulous farmers, and it translates into pure, lifted wines. This single-vineyard red is a blend of grenache and syrah, which Guillaume crafts in a style that’s particularly fresh, peppery, and bright.
Tastes like: Raspberry, lavender, rosemary, white pepper.
How to drink: Lightly chilled with burgers, grilled halloumi, or swordfish kebabs.
