In the rolling hills of Abruzzo, with the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Apennine mountains to the west, Roberto Fracassa and Alessandro Massacesi make vibrant natural wines using local grape varieties. The two friends craft this fresh, floral white from trebbiano, which they farm biodynamically before vinifying with guidance from Professore Seghetti. Seghetti was a long-time consultant at Valentini, so it should come as no surprise that this natural white is textured, herbaceous, and elegant.
Tastes like: Peach, rosemary, salted melon.
How to drink: Chilled alongside linguine in clam sauce, ideally topped with plenty of freshly grated pecorino.
