This has everything we look for in a classic Provence rosé. It’s pale pink, light, crisp, and seemingly tailor-made for summer afternoons. It also happens to be made by two of Burgundy's (and the world's) greatest winemakers, from Dujac and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. While they focus on pinot noir back in Burgundy, here on the Mediterranean coast, they make this subtle rosé primarily from the local grape, cinsault.
Tastes like: Strawberry, chamomile, sea salt, sunshine.
How to drink: Cold, ideally sitting in a beach chair or on a picnic blanket this summer.
