Zaku comes from a 150 year-old brewery in Suzuka, Japan, and its master brewer, Tomohiro Uchiyama. This dry sake is their best-known bottling, and an ideal window into Zaku's elegant, textured style. It's citrusy, a bit salty, and highly refreshing.
