Alex Moreau makes sought-after, collectible Burgundy in Chassagne-Montrachet. However, today’s wine is a fresher, more easy-drinking intro to his lineup. It’s a Passetoutgrains - Red Burgundy made from a blend of pinot noir and gamay - that Alex crafts in a particularly bright, juicy style.
