This aligoté comes from AMI, a Burgundy upstart launched by Willy Roulendes, who previously worked at the legendary Domaine de Montille for 7 years. With his sommelier friend Paul Perarnau, they've established AMI as one of the more natural-leaning producers in the region. This white wine may look cloudy, but it tastes light, tart, and fresh.
