After working at some of the most iconic domaines in Burgundy, the husband-and-wife team of
Guillaume Bott and
Tomoko Kuriyama launched Chanterêves in 2010. Since then, they’ve become arguably the most exciting new producer in Burgundy, and one of the very few that pleases both the natural wine crowd as well as the collectors. This chardonnay is bright, fresh, and a bit salty.
Tastes like: Green apple, toasted bread, oyster shells.
How to Drink: Chilled alongside fluke crudo or sauteed scallops.
