While Crozes-Hermitage doesn’t carry the notoriety of Hermitage, producers like Alain Graillot and Philippe Belle are showing that its wines can possess the same richness and depth as those of its famous Northern Rhone neighbor. Philippe, the 3rd generation to run Domaine Belle, makes ‘Les Pierrelles’ entirely from organic syrah. It’s powerful, plush, and ready to enjoy today.
