Domaine des Ardoisières, 'Silice' Blanc 2021

Made in the shadow of Mont Blanc, this is alpine wine at its finest. The Silice Blanc is made from jacquère, a white grape native to the French alps, which is grown biodynamically on steep, low-yielding vineyards. It’s the wine equivalent of a walk through freshly fallen snow: crisp, pure, and ideally followed by copious amounts of fondue.

Tastes like: Lemon, salt, green apple, smoke.
How to drink: Fresh from the fridge alongside fondue, grilled veggies, or oysters.
