Tressallier is an exceptionally rare white grape variety found almost exclusively in the remote Loire village of Saint-Pourçain. It sounds esoteric, and it is, but the flavors will be familiar to any fan of Chablis or Muscadet. Citrusy, mineral-driven, and refreshing, this is a crisp white tailor-made for fresh seafood.
Tastes like: Lemon zest, roasted hazelnuts, sea salt.
How to drink: Cold with oysters, summer rolls, or any salad with goat cheese.
