Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. Like at his legendary winery in Burgundy, farming here is organic and biodynamic, allowing the region's top vineyard sites to shine through in detailed, expressive wines. The ‘Trois Cépages' is a perennial favorite of ours. It’s a blend of the Jura’s three red grapes: trousseau, pinot noir, and poulsard. Vibrant and chillable yet silky and elegant, it’s like Red Burgundy’s cool younger brother.
