Domaine du Pélican, Arbois Savagnin Ouillé 2022

An hour east of his legendary Domaine Marquis d'Angerville in Burgundy, Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. Since then, his wines have ascended to the top of the Jura’s quality hierarchy. While d'Angerville focuses on red wines in Volnay, most of his bottlings at Pélican are made from the Jura's native white grape, savagnin. Fresh, richly textured, and salty, this savagnin will appeal to anyone who enjoys Loire chenin blanc or savory White Burgundy.
