With select plots inherited from Edoard’s family, Domaine Vocoret, and guidance from their mentor, Dauvissat, they make wine that’s simultaneously concentrated and light on its feet. 'Boucheran' is a village-level bottling that outshows premier crus from the majority of the region's producers.
