Domaine Fabrice Gasnier, Chinon Blanc 'Clos de la Cure' 2025

Fabrice Gasnier is a fourth-generation winemaker in Chinon, a part of the Loire Valley that’s primarily known for cabernet franc. In fact, only about 2% of the area’s wine production is white, which makes this chenin blanc a special find. Farmed biodynamically and aged in stainless steel, it’s a bright, aromatic, refreshing white wine.

Tastes like: Pear, sea salt, honeysuckle.
How to drink: Chilled alongside scallops, linguine with clams, or grilled chicken.
