For more than 50 years until the early 2000s, the Forey family was the sole farmer and winemaker of the legendary La Romanée vineyard for the Liger-Belair family. They understand the area very well. Menhir refers to a small batch of wine from Vosne that Régis Forey ages in a particularly cool-temperature wood barrel.
