In the remote region of Auvergne, Patrick Bouju is a one-man show. From horse-plowing and hand-harvesting his century-old vines to bottling and even bookkeeping, he makes small quantities of electric natural wines. He makes this orange wine from jacquere, a grape native to the alpine region of Savoie. It's ripe and tropical but still bright and refreshing.
