In the remote region of Auvergne, Patrick Bouju is a one-man show. From horse-plowing and hand-harvesting his century-old vines to bottling and even bookkeeping, Patrick makes small quantities of electric natural wines. 'Mol' is a blend of syrah, grenache, and a couple other red grapes commonly found in the Rhone. It's fresh, herbal, and peppery, an ideal chilled red.
