The Jura is often compared to Burgundy due to the fact that they’re neighbors, and they both produce earthy reds from pinot noir. While many of Stéphane Tissot’s natural wines are exceptions to the comparison, this one fits the bill.
Tastes like: Wild raspberry, black pepper, leather.
How to drink: Lightly chilled alongside pork chops, roast duck, or mushroom pasta.
