Domaine Tissot, Arbois Poulsard 'En Amphore' 2020

Tissot is the biggest name in the Jura, which is due, in part, to Stéphane’s mastery of local grape varieties. For reds, that means trousseau and poulsard. While the trousseau yields savory and gamey wines, this poulsard is light, crisp, and exceptionally easy-drinking.

Tastes like: Cranberry, white pepper, mushroom, smoke.
How to drink: Chilled on its own, or with charcuterie and cheese.
