If you’re not familiar, Envínate is arguably the most exciting producer in Spain. And if you are, then know that these wines are as good as any reds they’ve ever released. They’re all made naturally in the remote (absolutely gorgeous) region of Ribeira Sacra in Galicia. These are savory, spicy red wines that are wildly undervalued considering the quality.
More savory than the 'Viñas de Aldea' and less weighty than their single-parcel wines, this small-production bottling is fresh, earthy, and highly versatile with food.
