Natural wine icon Frank Cornelissen makes small quantities of this Sicilian white wine using two local grape varieties, carricante and grecanico dorato. Like most Etna Bianco, it's bright, citrusy, and a bit smoky. Unlike most versions, however, it receives a short period of skin-contact, which adds density and texture.
