More specifically, it’s from the Cote du Py, the best place to grow grapes in Morgon. What happens when you combine a world-class winemaker with world-class vineyards? You get the best wine. It has flavors you’d expect from Red Burgundy a few miles north.
Tastes like: Plum, roses, blackberry, and licorice.
How to drink: Let it breathe for half an hour. A great red for cooked seafood. Roast chicken is a dreamy pairing too.
