Montmains is one of the greatest vineyards in Chablis. It yields wines that are lean and mineral-driven, yet textured and concentrated. This razor-sharp bottling from Jean-Marc Brocard, especially in a classically balanced vintage like 2020, illustrates that perfectly.
Tastes like: Lemon zest, salted almonds, acacia.
How to drink: While this is a perfect pairing for oysters, it's great with white meats and grilled fish as well.
