In Burgundy, family matters. Joseph Colin is the son of a great winemaker, and he's the little brother of one of the best winemakers, Pierre-Yves Colin of PYCM. Think of him as the Prince Harry of White Burgundy. This is his village wine from Chassagne-Montrachet, his homebase in Burgundy. It’s rich and soft, balanced by bright acidity and salty notes.

Tastes like: Ripe peach, sea salt, rosemary.
How to drink: Lightly chilled with cooked seafood, roast chicken, or pasta in a white sauce.
