In Burgundy, family matters. Joseph Colin is the son of a great winemaker, and he's the little brother of one of the best winemakers, Pierre-Yves Colin of PYCM. Think of him as the Prince Harry of White Burgundy. While most of his vineyards are in Chassagne-Montrachet, this wine comes from the neighboring village of Saint-Aubin. It has concentration and depth you’d expect from Chassagne or Meursault, offering better value for the price.

Tastes like: Apricot, sea salt, ginger, chamomile.
How to drink: Lightly chilled with cooked seafood like scallops, sea bass, or lobster.
