Julien Brocard was one of the first to employ biodynamic farming in Chablis, originally at his family’s winery, Jean-Marc Brocard, and now under his own label. 2021 is an excellent, albeit extremely scarce, vintage.

The ‘Boissonneuse’ is Julien’s flagship wine, coming from a vineyard he has farmed biodynamically for 25 years.
