While Kelley Fox makes wines that are clean and ‘precise’ - unsurprising given her dual master’s degrees in biochemistry and biophysics - they don’t lack vibrancy or nuance. That’s on display in this small-production pinot blanc from one of the Willamette Valley’s most renowned vineyards. It’s bright and delicate, reminiscent of mineral-driven whites from Savoie.
Tastes like: Peach, acacia, sea salt, lime zest.
How to drink: Chilled with crudo, sushi, or soft cheeses.
