Las Pedreras, Cebreros Garnacha 'Los Arroyuelos' 2022

Las Pedreras is a new project from the mountains outside Madrid, the same area you’ll find Comando G and Raúl Pérez. It’s run by Bárbara Requejo Frutos, who previously worked at Château Haut-Brion in Bordeaux and Pierre Peters in Champagne. Back in Spain, she organically farms just one grape variety: garnacha (grenache). Bright, herbal, and floral, ‘Los Arroyuelos’ is a perfect window into Bárbara’s elegant style.

Tastes like: Raspberry, lavender, thyme, black pepper.

How to drink: Lightly chilled with just about anything on the grill.
