Rather than selling its meunier to larger houses, this 8th-generation winemaker is showcasing the grape’s bright fruit and mineral-driven flavors in bottlings like this one. Textured, savory, and ‘artisanal’ in every sense; sub-$50 Champagne doesn’t get better than this.
