Les Vins de Lavie, Muscadet 'Le Vaurien' 2022

 Muscadet is always a crisp, citrusy, summer-friendly white wine. Less common is Muscadet that’s also textured, mineral, and site-specific. This wine from Guillaume Lavie and Adèle Lemoine checks all the boxes. The Loire Valley upstart farms biodynamically and bottles without filtration or sulfur, resulting in a pure, exceptionally easy-drinking white wine.

Tastes like: Green apple, chamomile, sea salt.

How to drink: Cold with sushi, summer salads and salty snacks, or on its own.
