In the Aube, closer to Chablis than Epernay, Dominique Moreau makes tiny quantities of this truly singular Champagne. The domaine, which Dominique named after her grandmother, Marie Courtin, produces wines from single vineyards, single varieties, and single vintages, always with zero dosage.

Éloquence is the only Blanc de Blancs in the Courtin lineup. Dominique makes it in tiny quantities. It's chiseled, elegant, and mineral-driven.
