Marie et Vincent Tricot, VDF White 'White Light (White Heat)' 2022

Tricot is the most important producer in the Auvergne. Located west of Beaujolais and south of the Loire, the region is quickly becoming a hotspot in the world of natural wine. The husband-and-wife team of Vincent and Marie Tricot take advantage of the region's volcanic soils and old vines to make seriously compelling wines. This natural white is aromatic and a bit tropical, but still vibrant and crisp.
