From ancient volcanic soils in northeastern Italy, Stefano Menti crafts vibrant natural wines. That includes this aromatic white, which Stefano makes using a local grape variety called garganega. The old-vine, biodynamically-farmed grapes yield a white wine that’s simultaneously crisp and mineral yet richly textured and spicy.
Tastes like: Peach, thyme, lemongrass, sea salt.
How to drink: Chilled with simply-prepared seafood or a big cheese board.
