Nanclares Y Prieto is a natural winery in a cool, rainy, absolutely beautiful part of northwestern Spain. They make this bright, earthy red with a couple local grapes, mencía and caiño. The result is a floral, peppery wine that’ll be in the wheelhouse of anyone who enjoys Beaujolais and Northern Rhône syrah.

Tastes like: Raspberry, cracked black pepper, lavender.

How to drink: Lightly chilled with skirt steak or pepperoni pizza.
