Naturale, Red Vermouth
Naturale red vermouth is made from organic Nero d’Avola and a secret blend of Sicilian herbs and citrus rinds. Using this in a cocktail would be a slight disservice, so drink simply on the rocks and revel in its heady flavors of amarena cherry and wild oregano. That said, it can certainly stand in for Carpano in Negronis and Boulevardiers if you’re feeling a little devil-may-care.
