Peyrassol has been around for 800 years, so as you might imagine, its wines very much reflect those of the region as a whole. For Provencal rosé, that means dry, crisp, and refreshing wines made from a blend of cinsault and grenache. Peyrassol’s organic vineyards are a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean, contributing salty notes and added briskness.
Tastes like: Peach, white pepper, rosemary.
How to drink: Chilled with pasta salad, grilled veggies, or on its own.
