Anne and Pierre Boisson don’t make a lot of wine. So even with a 200-year family track record in Meursault - previously Domaine Boisson-Vadot - they lack the name recognition of some of the region’s icons. As a result, their fresh, mineral-driven bottlings represent some of the best values in all of White Burgundy. This wine from a small plot in Meursault is a bit richer and more concentrated than their standard Bourgogne Blanc.

Tastes like: Ripe peach, toasted hazelnuts, acacia.
How to drink: Not too cold with lobster, chicken with morels, or pasta in a cream sauce.
