Anne and Pierre Boisson don’t make a lot of wine. So even with a 200-year family track record in Meursault - previously Domaine Boisson-Vadot - they lack the name recognition of some of the region’s icons. As a result, their fresh, mineral-driven bottlings represent some of the best values in all of White Burgundy. This wine comes from the Meursault vineyard of Les Herbeux, which is also helmed by producers like Tesssier, Bitouzet-Prieur, and Michel Caillot.

Tastes like: Pear, lemon zest, brioche, acacia.
How to drink: Not too cold with rich seafood, roast chicken, or creamy cheeses.
