Anne and Pierre Boisson don’t make a lot of wine. So even with a 200-year family track record in Meursault - previously Domaine Boisson-Vadot - they lack the name recognition of some of the region’s icons. As a result, their classic, old-vine bottlings represent some of the best values in all of Burgundy. This bright, smooth red comes from a cool vineyard a couple kilometers west of their homebase in Meursault.

Tastes like: Wild raspberry, roses, nutmeg, freshly plowed soil.
How to drink: Enjoy it with mushroom agnolotti, roast chicken, or a nice cheese board.
