Pierre Boisson, Meursault 'Les Grands Charrons' 2020

$125
Anne and Pierre Boisson don’t make a lot of wine. So even with a 200-year family track record in Meursault - previously Domaine Boisson-Vadot - they lack the name recognition of some of the region’s icons. As a result, their fresh, mineral-driven bottlings represent some of the best values in all of White Burgundy. 'Les Grands Charrons', a vineyard also helmed by Vincent Dancer and Pierre Girardin, yields a structured, powerful wine ready to drink young.

Tastes like: Ripe pear, hazelnut, sea salt, smoke.
How to drink: Not too cold alongside scallop crudo, roast chicken, or creamy cheeses.
