Pierre Moncuit only produces this Champagne in top vintages. 2008 is most certainly one of them. In this near-perfect growing season, Nicole Moncuit bottled her 100+ year old vines in the legendary Chétillons vineyard separately, and aged it for 15 years prior to release. The result is a Champagne with Moncuit’s classic freshness, as well as an added level of power, richness, and complexity.
