Quinta do Javali, 'Crazy' Branco 2021

Javali is a natural producer in Portugal’s Douro Valley that makes a wide range of wines, from Port to crisp whites, and just about everything in between. This is their orange wine made from a blend of local grape varieties. It’s light, fresh, and mineral-driven rather than overly tangy or funky.

Tastes like: Pineapple, lemon zest, smoke.

How to Drink: Chilled alongside veggie-focused small plates or falafel.
