Salomon Undhof, Grüner Veltliner 'Wieden' 2021

The Salomon family has been making wine in the Austrian region of Wachau for 230 years. Along with being one of the oldest wineries in the country, it’s one of the very best. Their grüners have a rare combination of notorious ageability and up-front appeal. This crisp, mineral white illustrates why grüner should be as much of a summer-staple as Sancerre or Chablis.
