Seckinger, Riesling 'Vom Löss' 2020

In the warm region of Pfalz, Jonas Seckinger is currently producing some of our favorite riesling in Germany. While some German riesling is sweet, Jonas’ 'Vom Löss' is as dry as it gets. He farms biodynamically and bottles without filtration, leading to a wine that’s light and pure yet herbaceous and subtly savory.

Tastes like: Granny Smith apple, smoke, fennel, honeysuckle.

How to drink: Cold with oysters, pad thai, or anything else you’d be inclined to splash with a bit of lemon.
