Simon Bize is arguably the most undervalued domaine in Burgundy today. Their reds are made with a high proportion of whole-clusters, meaning they all have a throughline of firmness and spicy, floral notes. ‘Les Perrieres’ comes from old vines, leading to concentration rarely found in Bourgogne Rouge.
