This bottling comes from 50 year-old vines that Aurelien farms organically - a major rarity in the area - in the Grand Cru village of Oiry. It's a perfect representation of Suenen's pure and precise style, as well as the classic makeup of top-class Cotes de Blancs wines - bright, mineral, and elegant.
