Terra Vita Vinum, Anjou Blanc 'Le Pavillon' 2021

Terra Vita Vinum is a new project in the Loire, but their chenin blanc style - salty, pure, site-specific - reminds us of our favorite Anjou producers, like Boudignon and Bernaudeau. Luc Briand and Bénédicte Petit farm biodynamically, and craft Pavillon from a single parcel of hand-harvested chenin blanc. It’s a powerful and deep yet fresh and precise white wine.

Tastes like: Yellow apple, honeycomb, salt, smoke.

How to drink: Ideal with shellfish, chicken in a cream sauce, or a cheese board.
