Tiberio, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 'Fonte Canale' 2019

In the rolling hills of Abruzzo in central Italy, Christiana Tiberio farms a small plot of old-vine trebbiano Abruzzese. Unlike most standard trebbiano this single-vineyard bottling is more refined than rustic, with serious texture and depth. This is as good as Italian white wines get.

Tastes like: Ripe peach, rosemary, sea salt, wildflowers.

How to drink: Lightly chilled alongside linguine in clam sauce, or anything with pecorino cheese.
