Vincent Dureuil-Janthial is one of the most underappreciated producers in all of Burgundy. Vincent makes concentrated whites and fresh, elegant reds. This is an example of the latter. It's lively, earthy, and finessed.

Tastes like: Ripe plum, black pepper, nutmeg, mushroom.

How to drink: Alongside burgers, lamb chops, or mushroom agnolotti.
